Shipping Policy

Most orders placed by 4 pm EST will be shipped that day. If there are circumstances that will not allow the shipment to take place under normal conditions, the customer will be contacted. All shipments are sent via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. All shipping charges are additional and added to the customer’s invoice including faster delivery options at extra costs to the customer.

If any product is back ordered and the shipment requires an installment, the remaining products from that shipment will be sent when Jayso receives the product in stock. If there are outstanding circumstances, such as, the product is no longer available, the customer will not be charged and will be notified via email.
